When things go wrong Burley bails


I needed quite a bit of work done on a new home, some easy like ceiling fans and fixture swap-outs, some more difficult like running new lines through high ceilings and walls. First couple of visits went fine, last visit here's all that went wrong:
Tech didn't bring Timers for job, tech caused major surge blowing out expensive surge protectors backyard light. When I tell Lance the owner the issues he won't stand behind his techs work but rather wants me to pay a second time for same job. He's been jerking me around for months including a no-show and just wants to aggravate me so that I'll stop asking him to fix the job. Instead I stopped payment on my credit card and post reviews about how terrible it is that he doesn't take care of existing customers but rather only cares about New business. Thumbs down.
